Since 1934, the Arboretum has illuminated causes and relationships that its first director, Aldo Leopold, passionately believed in. Raven considers population, consumption levels, technology, global climate change and the loss of biodiversity when trying to achieve a world that is sustainable, healthy and as beautiful as the one Leopold dreamed about.
