Spring Wildflowers at the Arboretum
Blue Cohosh, _(aulophyllum thalictroides_, photographed in Gallistel Woods in early May. The color of the stem gives this plant its name. It grows to 3 feet tall and flowers from May to June. Blue berries appear from June to September.
